DESCRIPTION:
The S4R machine stand is made from compact, torsion-free steel construction. It comes complete with two highly abrasion-resistant fluted rubber rollers - each 210mm diameter, ensuring maximum rigidity. The S4R's upper rubber roller is adjustable and lies suspended in spring bearings. Adjustment of the upper glue spreading roller is made via bevel gearing. The height adjustment for the upper roller is done using a clearly arranged scale.
The Osama S2R Glue Spreader provides constant and uniform spreading throughout the working width thanks to special, technologically innovative dampers that compensate for any difference in non-calibrated panels. The spreading rollers are coated with a suitable layer of special "anti-acid synthetic rubber" that allows various grindings to be made with subsequent long life. The Osama S2R is equipped with a manual washer that allows for a perfect cleaning of the rollers which will considerably increase their effective lifetime. Due to its easy handling, the S2R also requires little cleaning time.
