These machines are the outcome of twently-years experience in the gluing industry.
Principally used almost exclusively in plywood and chipboars working, they are often used with smaller working widths as well, in other processing with very long production cycles. The heavy frame is made of pressed steel sheet and cast iron, with direct motorisation on every spreader and proportioner roller, each of the connected directly to pneumatic clutches. This makes it possible to totally eliminate gear and chain transmission, and therefore remove all vibrations whatsoever ensuring a very long life and outstanding precision.
