The S4R/P Glue spreader is our popular 4 roll direct drive version of model S4R. made from compact, torsion-free steel construction. It comes complete with two highly abrasion-resistant fluted rubber rollers - each 250mm diameter, ensuring maximum rigidity. The S4RP's upper rubber roller is adjustable and lies suspended in spring bearings. Adjustment of the upper glue spreading roller is made via bevel gearing. The height adjustment for the upper roller is done using a clearly arranged scale.
The Osama S4R/P Glue Spreader can be equipped with a large compliment of options for PVA, UREA, & Solvent based adhesives. This S4R/P is equipped with direct 4 motor independent drive system of the spreading rollers and doseing rollers to insure a perfect application of adhesive. Options can include automatic cleaning, wheels, stainless steel parts, special solvent proof paint and rollers and many other options.
