The new Cutmaster is controlled by a personal computer. For ease-of-use, we chose Windows 98 for the standard operating system, as many people are familiar with its interface. |

With a built-in computer and keyboard, operating the Cutmaster is a cinch. Its highly-accurate positioning control and available 99 presets (for your most common veneer widths) help to significantly optimize the production process. |

The double knife veneer-jointing guillotine assures parallel cutting and veneer edges of the highest quality. During the cutting process, the veneer bundle is clamped by the pressure beam, guaranteeing a neat & precise cut every time. |

With the optional automatic rear unloading system, the finished veneer is guided to the rear of the guillotine toward a set of rollers. These rollers then transport the veneer bundle to the next operation, drastically improving the production process. |

The veneer bundle is placed on the guillotine table and is manually aligned by using either the laser light or the machine's back fence. The upper pressure beam, on which both the front blade and the laser are mounted, then moves to the desired cutting width. |

The position of the front blade can be adjusted using the manually-operated laser light. Once set, the exact positional information is sent to the computer by the press of a single button. The knife automatically moves to the pre-selected position and the process begins. |
